Lighthouse


Lighthouse

When you are lost,
Lost somewhere into nowhere.
When the treacherous times,
Have played tricks with you.
The witches of circumstances,
Have pricked you, frightened you.
When the blaze of misfortune,
Has blinded your vision.
Raise your head and look at me,
I will be your Lighthouse.
When the grey of life,
Has painted your fate black.
The fluke of destiny,
Has duped you, deceived you.
When the darkness of providence
Has shaded your path gloomy.
Raise your head and look at me,
I will be your Lighthouse.
I may be far away,
I may be stiff, stoic,
I may seem powerless,
A little ragged, bruised.
But I have a light,
And so, I will be your lighthouse.

When the birds don’t sing the morning song When the colour of sunrise is not vermilion When the green of the grass loses its tinge When the evil indulge in their own morbid binge Hope rises!! When the rain doesn’t drench you anymore When the sunshine is bereaved of its radiance galore When the blue of the sky appears a shade impure When the intrigue of a ravine ceases to lure Hope rises!! सर्वस्व मेरा हुआ     आँखें, वो हल्की भूरी, हल्की काली, हल्की खुली, हल्की बंद, खोलती हैं रहस्य सारे, तुम चाहो जितना छिपाना, फिर भी बोलती हैं, बेझिझक, अनवरत. होंठ, जैसे गुलाबी कमल की, दो उन्मुक्त कोपलें, मिलते हैं,अलग होते हैं, बुलाते हैं,दूर भगाते हैं, तुम कुछ और कहती हो, वो कुछ और बताते हैं. ह्रदय के भेद, परत दर परत खोलते हैं. मुस्कान, वो अर्ध-चंद्रकार, दोनों तरफ सीधी सिलवटें, उनको स्पर्श करते, गाल के दो 'डिम्पल'. संसार की सारी हंसी, समेटे हुए अपने अन्दर, मेरी सारी ख़ुशी, बटोरे हुए अपने अन्दर.     तुम, जिसका सब कुछ, सारा कुछ, अद्वितीय, अद्भुत, स्वार्गिक. तुमको छोड़ते हुए लगता है, भरे दिन में ही अँधेरा हुआ, संतोष है लेकिन, कि आज तक जो था तुम्हारा, आज के बाद सर्वस्व मेरा हुआ.
